Dear San Antonio,
If you actually had some drains in the streets there wouldn't be so much standing water on the roads. You could learn a thing or two from Seattle. You don't rain all the time, but when it rains it rains and people freak out. Just sayin'.

Hmmmm..... It's raining here in Nauvoo tonight too! But just lightly--no standing water in the streets. I feel your pain!
I say the exact same thing (i.e. "You could learn a thing or two from your cousins in the Northwest") every time it rains in Boston, because every time it rains in Boston the streets become shallow rivers. It's totally lame.
