A Crazy Week!

The past 7 days has been crazy! I've gotten a lot of school work done (like last Saturday, that was all I did for 9 hours). I've done a ton of Indexing (more than 1000 names). I've cleaned my room (WOAH!) and I think I've done the dishes like 40 times. It would be so nice if I didn't go to use the kitchen sink and find pots and pans in there that are 2 days old and were used to make cookies. I made a rule that one particular roommate is not allowed to make cookies ever again unless she actually does her dishes. Christie took that rule one step farther. This roommate isn't allowed to eat unless she does her dishes. Dumb thing is, we talked about dishes last Sunday and everyone swore they'd do their dishes the same day the dishes were used. I'm pretty sure I've done other people's dishes every night, just because I think it's gross to wake up and find nasty smelling dishes in the sink, when they could've been put in the dishwasher.

This morning 4 of us and Anna woke up super early and were at the temple before it opened. We got back home in less than an hour and a half, which is like a record here. Then we all started doing our cleaning for cleaning check (surprise surprise that when I went to wash the pieces to the stove I had to clean out the sink first). I also had my laundry done by 9:00 this morning which was amazing since one of our washers doesn't work and there has always been a line of people waiting to do laundry. It's amazing what one broken washing machine can do to a buildling of 75 girls.

I don't have class for another 3 1/2 hours which is why I found myself blogging, something I haven't done in forever. I really should be writing my talk for church on Sunday, but I'm avoiding it (like I always do).

Mom, Dad, and Brad are back home, to my real home, which makes me sad. I wish I was there too! I want to go visit people! I'll be back there soon enough though.

Oh Marci - sorry to hear about the dish saga. Friend, until you have a house of your own, I'm afraid that just doesn't go away. I refer to my blog on the refrigerator cleanout last April/May?
But on another note: Congratulations on getting so much done and in such record time!

Way to continue to WASH DISHES! It is pretty crazy how things work out in an apartment, isn't it? Welcome to real life.
