We each chose war poses. Randomly throughout the night someone would yell "POSE" and you'd drop your newspaper to do your pose. This was our practice shot. We had to pick our pose before we got there. Left to Right we've got Christie, Anna (our 7th roommate), Me, Kelli. Jenny was our lookout, she was in a prom dress and she took the picture. Allison was gone with her Uncle, and Sarah... just wasn't home.
We waited near some bushes until we got the okay phone call from Nickolai, who checked out 205 to make sure nobody was home. While we waited, we took some pretty sweet shots, of us pretending to pull an Ocean's 11. We basically looked hecka tight.
Unfortunately, Brendan, our accomplice, did not do a very good job at being our accomplice. Chris came in while we were newspapering the hallway. However, he was amused more than anything, and we convinced him to take some pictures of us. Here we are, halfway between the last two doors, so more than halfway done. Yeah, this took 1 1/2 hours to do, holy cow!
We needed a picture of the end product. Here is Kelli, our head newspaper gatherer, with the lovely stacks. You can tell, it's just about as tall as her in tha tpart. Other parts of the hallway were filled even higher. We were almost finished when one of the boys called to tell me he was on his way home, I kindly asked him to come over to our place because I wanted to talk to him... so I left the scene of the crime and went to hold him hostage. As soon as the girls finished they came back, and we all left together for the "crazy" dance party happening in our boys lobby. As we walked past the back door, we saw another one of the boys going in... We were very lucky, we barely made it.
In conclusion, we had a VERY Happy Halloween. We're kind of afraid of what they might do back to us, it could turn out very... not good. But hey, we started this war knowing that they would get us back!

Oh my, what a fun time! Your pictures are incredible--although I had to look twice to determine that it really was YOU with the black and red duffel bag. Can't wait to hear how the Newspaper Ninjas get repaid for this prank!
That sounds like fun! Beats handing out candy anyday! If the Clark boys need some suggestions, have them give me a call. (If you know my number now....I could just be a stranger calling from the 509 area code =)
haha nice, sounds like a pretty sweet prank. If they get you back I've got a few ideas for some more... crazy we still haven't run into each other...
Incredible! Great prank Marci! I like that idea... How long did it take them to clean it all up?
hahah, well... it took us 1.5 hours to make the mess, and took them 1 hour to clean it up. Although it took 4 hours for us to separate the newspapers that afternoon. Many hours were spent that day on that prank, I love it.
