Thanksgiving!

I LOVE Thanksgiving in Redmond. Probably because every Thanksgiving I've ever had has been in Redmond. That's probably why I like it so much. Even though I've been away at school for a year and a half now, I've gotten to come home for Thanksgiving. I LOVE IT! I'm so grateful for a lot of things, but especially to be able to see so much of the family this week. 5/7 of the kids, 2 of the siblings-in-law, 6/16 nieces/nephews, and Mom and Dad. It's been really fun to be with everyone.

Thanksgiving dinner was amazing, like always. And like most of Jeanne's meals, I can't decide a favorite part. The potatoes? The gravy? The salad? The rolls? The turkey? The fruit salad? I just can't decide which of those. The rolls are always amazing. But same is the salad. And well, the potatoes and gravy are always good. Oh I love fod.

I slept at Paul's tonight so that he and Jeanne could go shopping in the morning. It was great. Ryan woke up first, so I got to go climb into his bed--I think that surprised everyone and made them laugh. Normally when I sleep here I go climb into Katie's room to finish sleeping. Ryan has the coolest Transformer sheets and such. They made me laugh.

Ummm. This has been a fabulous trip so far, and will continue to be great as today and Saturday happen. I feel like getting up and dancing now, so... so long!

Marci, it's always so fun to read your blog -- especially when I have been swamped under and ignoring the world! I'm glad Thanksgiving was great and delicious and that you got to see so much of the family. I'll call you soon -- Teag is taking ACTs and prepping for all the fun ahead for him at the Y.
